Chesca——Chesca invites everyone to experience the peace and calm that yoga offers
Chesca started practicing yoga, 5 years ago, the year she turned 50.
She loves what yoga does for the mind and body.
Chesca believes that yoga is for every body.
She practices a vinyasa style of yoga and decided to become a yoga teacher in 2020 because she loves to share the joy of yoga with everyone she meets.
Chesca’s classes include breath work, gentle folds, backbends, twists, hip & shoulder stretches, some balancing poses and maybe an occasional unusual pose thrown in for fun.
Chesca invites everyone to experience the peace and calm that yoga offers.
This coming September Chesca is going to start offering free yoga classes for the guests of Family House, a non profit organization that provides affordable housing for families visiting Pittsburgh, PA for medical reasons.
She will offer yoga to help reduce emotional stress that families and caregivers may be experiencing during their medical crisis.
