"I found my love for yoga during pandemic"
When I was younger, I practiced ballet for many years, but I never really enjoyed it. I'm glad I did it , its really help with my flexibility. Before the pandemic, I started develop a love for yoga but I never maintained a consistent practice. As much as I wanted to get on the mat, i always making an excuse and put my desire aside to practice yoga.
After the pandemic hit, Earlier this year I started to practice yoga regularly. I taught myself and learned it all from yoga book or online videos. My first yoga book was "2100 Asanas" I built my confidence by started to participate an online yoga challenge regularly and I found online yoga community that really motivated and inspired me everyday.
And now, I felt like I really find my passion for yoga and became my lifestyle. I gain strength and approaching exercise with flexibility and grace. I'm more grateful than ever for what my body can do. I have more fun when I choose to push myself and finally gotten that yoga practice to stick. I know I'll practice yoga for the rest of my life.
