Elise-Yoga has been there for me through many of the difficult portions of my life.
I started doing yoga when I was just out of high school. The first class I took I didn't really like it because I thought it was just meditation and small movements, which at that point in time I don't have the appreciation for that I do now. At some point after that I started doing hot yoga and then power Yoga which I found a love for. Yoga has been there for me through many of the difficult portions of my life. I began teaching at a gym in 2007 and shortly after I realized that I needed to become certified. And so I did I completed my ryt certificate in 2008 and I have been teaching at yoga studios and gyms ever since that time. I currently teach online classes and I especially enjoy doing yoga when I'm traveling and exploring new studios and meeting new people through yoga.
